Our trademarks, service marks, and logos used and displayed on the Services are our registered and unregistered trademarks. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, or other distinctive brand features without our prior written consent.
Any materials, documents, or deliverables we create specifically for you as part of our services will be your property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. However, we retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the provision of services.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of such information and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or professional obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall StellarMentor Ltd, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Services.
Our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the specific service giving rise to the liability during the twelve months preceding the claim.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any disputes. If we cannot resolve a dispute through direct discussion, we may agree to participate in mediation or other alternative dispute resolution procedures before pursuing litigation.
